Employee Benefits Offered Opportunity for career growth Paid time off Employee Store Discounts Great Work Perks Discounts (amusement parks, museums, services, and more) AFLAC Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Referral Bonuses Role and Responsibilities Ensure customer and donor needs are met with genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance Stock priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor Maintain store and donation area cleanliness and organization; perform cleaning duties as assigned Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA policies and procedures Maintain safety and compliance standards Attend required monthly store meetings Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages Assist donors in removing donated items from vehicles and provide receipts Sort donated material into proper containers and stack material as instructed by management Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Ability to handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, customers, and donors Physical Demands Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed Ability to grasp and move items such as carts, racks, and merchandise Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Pay Rate and Schedule Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Our stores operate 7 days per week. Schedules are determined by management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Part-time employees may be scheduled for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
