Pay is based on Experience

*We do have two locations;our Duluth Dental Facility is located at 3780 Old Norcross Rd. Ste 303 Duluth Ga 30096; Please make sure you have reliable transportation to both facilities as this position may require commute as needed between the two.**

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Dental front office experience, to include patient scheduling

• Open Dental Software experience and Eclinical works EMR is a plus!

• Excellent customer service skills, multi-tasking with attention to detail, works well under pressure in a high pace environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform front office duties with professional demeanor and communication skills

• Adhere to standards and regulations associated with HIPPA and OSHA guidelines

• Check patients in and out

• Determine co pay to collect and Post payments

• Strong A/R and Collection skills

• Verify and File Insurance, send claims

• Schedule patients for multiple providers
