Location: Pentagon, VA Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI [Required] Must be able to obtain a CI Poly Job Type: Full-Time Target Salary Range*: $128,500-$141,000 *This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview The Program Security Representative provides multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs), including day-to-day security analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities. Key Responsibilities Security Operations and Compliance Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations. Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program. Facility Oversight and Compliance Reviews Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight. Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs. Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews. Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff. Security Briefings and Investigations Brief personnel at all levels, including government and senior civilian service personnel, on a variety of security-related topics. Conduct and document explorations of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information. Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information. Security Education and Awareness Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the curriculum for the SAP security education and awareness program. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a related area and 8 years of experience [Required]. Associate degree and 10 years of related experience [Required]. 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree [Required]. Experience 810 years of related experience [Required]. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward no more than 5 years of experience [Required]. SAP experience [Required]. Clearance TS/SCI clearance [Required].
