This role requires providing care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU environment that involves handling advanced medical equipment and adhering to high patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Provide total care for critically ill patients including turning, titrating drips, dressing changes, and trach care
• Administer care to patients on BIPAP and manage titrating drips
• Operate advanced medical equipment such as Vent, CRRT, A-line, Bipap, and Flow-track

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Strong ICU experience with proficiency in ventilated patient care
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with Bipap and proficiency in CRRT is preferred
