Batch Plant OperatorWe are looking for a Batchman to join our Frisco, TX plant. As a Batchman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products.Why apply?Competitive wages.Opportunities for overtime.Company provided benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.About the RoleResponsibilities:Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials.Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.About YouWe Require:A high school diploma or GED.A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.About UsEach day brings new challenges, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
