Field Sales Representative (Temporary — Dallas, TX) About This Opportunity We are a fast-moving tech startup preparing to launch in the Dallas market and are hiring five temporary Field Sales Representatives to support our initial rollout. These are temporary roles, but the highest preforming candidate will earn a permanent, full-time position based on performance. All five will be evaluated throughout the engagement, and the top performer converts to full-time. Due to the confidential nature of this project, all candidates will be required to sign an NDA prior to receiving additional details about the company or product. The Goal Each Field Sales Representative is expected to complete 50 verified sign-ups in 10 working days— that’s 5 per day. This is the baseline. Candidates who exceed it unlock performance bonuses and separate themselves in the competition for the permanent role. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 9:0 AM — 6:00 PM 10 working days total Field-based — you will be assigned specific neighborhoods across the Dallas metro area each day What You’ll Be Doing Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods Deliver a concise, compelling pitch to prospective customers Guide interested prospects through a quick mobile sign-up process on the spot (must have a phone) Handle questions and objections confidently and accurately Log all interactions and verified sign-ups daily using provided tools Represent the company professionally at all times What We’re Looking For Confident, friendly, and persuasive in person Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field Comfortable using a smartphone Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus Reliable and punctual Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Performance & Permanent Role All five candidates start in identical temporary roles. A daily leaderboard tracks everyone’s standing in real time. At the end of the engagement, the candidate with the most verified sign-ups will be offered a permanent full-time position with expanded responsibilities in customer success, market development, and local operations. Conversion to the permanent role is subject to a formal hiring process including a background check and additional screening. Compensation- 15.00/hour
- 250 bonus for every 10 confirmed sign-ups beyond the 50-sign-up baseline
