CDL Class A Driver

Job Details Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week; Monday - Friday Shifts: Start times as early as 4am-6am Compensation: $30 per hour during training and then component pay Local routes throughout San Diego county Additional Perks Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement (paid training, tuition reimbursement) Employee Appreciation: Events throughout the year, featuring prizes, gear, and plenty of fun Position Responsibilities The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience 1 plus year of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military Minimum age 21 years Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Ability to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
