Highlights Location: Manchester, CT Facility: Manchester Memorial Hospital Department/Unit: Nursing Float Pool Schedule: PRN, variable shifts What You'll Do Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process. Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Communicate the patient's clinical condition and respond to changes in condition or treatment. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care. Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions.
