At Vero Exteriors, we're looking for a Canvass Manager to build, coach, and lead our Northern AZ canvassing team. If you've got the hustle to hit numbers yourself and the leadership experience to pull a team up with you, this is where you turn your knowledge into a great paycheck. What You'll Do Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers across Northern Arizona Run daily coaching and morning meetings to keep the team sharp and motivated Set daily and weekly appointment targets, then drive the team to hit them Assign and manage territories for maximum coverage Track lead quality, set rates, and team performance, and report to branch leadership Lead from the field, side by side with your crew, not from a desk What You Get Base Pay: $27 per hour Realistic $80,000–$140,000+ income for strong managers Commission on every qualified lead your team sets and sells Mentorship from senior leadership All the tools and resources you need to be successful A clear path into senior sales and branch leadership A high-energy team culture with real support behind you Who We're Looking For Proven canvasser with 2-3 years of management experience Natural motivator who can coach, correct, and celebrate a team Organized, reliable, and accountable to the numbers Confident communicator who thrives outdoors in Arizona weather Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, not required ALL APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE CULTURE INDEX SURVEY: Company Description Vero Exteriors is a premium residential roof installation company serving the multiple regions across Arizona.
