This role is responsible for accurately and promptly processing vehicle titles while ensuring compliance with DMV regulations in Texas and surrounding states.Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership and is proficient in automotive accounting systems such as Tekion and webDEALER. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.Responsibilities:Process all registrations for new, retail, and leased vehiclesHandle payoffs and follow up with lienholdersExamine vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with requirementsVerify, allocate, and post transactions into proper accounting journalsReview and clean TTL payoff schedulesPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferredMinimum of one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealershipStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Tekion and webDEALER preferredExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsProfessional, dependable, and able to meet deadlinesIf you have the experience and skills to excel in this role, apply today and join our team!Grubbs maintains a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
