Responsibilities Client Management & Growth: Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development through onsite visits, lead generation, and spotting new opportunities. Talent Acquisition & Placement: Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates, seamlessly coordinating submissions and landing them in successful and rewarding job opportunities. Own the Process: Drive the talent pipeline from both sides?creatively marketing open jobs to attract top-tier candidates, and strategically marketing top talent to our clients. Retain & Engage: Oversee employee relations, boost retention strategies, and manage candidate redeployment. Be the Face of Spherion: Network locally to build brand awareness, generate fresh leads, and immerse yourself in the Vermont professional community. Requirements Bachelor?s Degree and at least three years of professional office experience. Sales experience? That?s a major plus.
