We are seeking a CDL Driver for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA. This position will be responsible for tracking trailer movement, keeping the yard organized; perform preventative maintenance on equipment and truck.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
• Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulation/guidelines.
• Responsible for trailer movement within the Lewistown facility.
• Yard organization and housekeeping.
• Preventative maintenance and housekeeping of switcher truck.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate yard inventories and trailer pools.
• Assist with security.
• Ability to operate safely in a fast pace environment.
• Strong communication and learning skills.
• Ability to work in a team orientated environment.
• Ability to operate all warehouse material handling equipment.
• Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with the potential for exposure to dust during certain tasks.
• Walk / stand / sit 100% of time during a 12hour shift.
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, throughout shift.
• Occasional climbing and reaching.
• Occasional reaching overhead during shift.
• Frequent use of hand and foot controls.
• Operation of hand trucks, powered industrial trucks throughout shift.
• Continuous housekeeping by sweeping and organizing floor and work area.
• Occasional climbing of steps/ladders

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Commercial Drivers License.
