Equipment Maintenance TechnicianMadden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity with an advanced manufacturing company in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoy working in a highly automated production environment. The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.Schedule: Graveyard Shift - Sunday 10:30PM-7AM, Monday through Thursday 11PM-7:30AMPay: $24.75-$39.97/hr DOEEquipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and related systemsTroubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and automated production equipmentInspect and analyze defective components to determine necessary machine adjustments and repairsMaintain and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment to support production operationsRespond to maintenance requests and equipment downtime issues in a timely mannerDocument maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment issues/resolutionsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projectsCommunicate equipment concerns and repair status with production and maintenance teamsFollow all company safety procedures, 5S standards, and quality requirementsEquipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred2-4 years of experience performing maintenance on automated manufacturing equipmentStrong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skillsExperience utilizing test and diagnostic equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and maintenance proceduresProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent reaching, bending, crawling, climbing, pushing, and pullingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequentlyBenefits: $24.75-$39.97/hr depending on experience Direct Hire Medical/Dental/Vision PTO/Paid Holidays 401(K) with Match
