Pay

$45~$55 per hour

Requirements

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and practice management software (Eaglesoft/Dentrix).
Detail-Oriented: A commitment to accurate medical coding, record-keeping, and sterilization processes.
Soft Skills: A compassionate, professional chairside manner and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to patients.
Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting or healthcare environment utilizing EMR systems is preferred.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing; operate dental imaging equipment (radiographs) using aseptic techniques.
Patient Assessment: Record vital signs, medical histories, and dental assessments for a diverse patient base, including pediatric care.
Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene strategies and treatment plan explanations.
Collaboration: Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques and maintain a seamless flow between the front and back office.
Compliance: Maintain gold-standard infection control (OSHA/CDC) and ensure 100% HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in Eaglesoft.
