Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring In-Home Caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support clients in Manassas and surrounding areas . Whether you're looking for a steady schedule or flexible hours, we offer a variety of opportunities to match your availability and preferences.

Flexible scheduling options:

• Weekdays and weekends
• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
• 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Part-time and full-time (40-hour) opportunities

What you'll do:

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and documentation
• Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed

Requirements:

• Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
