Learn more about CCC at .The RoleCCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Manager, People Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.The Manager, People Analytics serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in HR data, analytics, and measurement. This individual will drive the evolution of people metrics, workforce dashboards, predictive insights, and reporting capabilities while ensuring data integrity and governance across HR systems.Key Responsibilities:People Analytics & ReportingDevelop and execute the organization's people analytics strategy, delivering insights that support business and talent objectivesDesign, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for HR leaders, executives, and business stakeholdersAnalyze workforce trends and key talent metrics including hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, promotion, diversity, performance, and organizational healthTranslate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive business action and improve decision-makingEstablish and monitor key workforce metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicatorsStrategic ConsultingPartner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutionsConsult with stakeholders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategies, and measurement approachesSupport executive presentations and leadership discussions through compelling storytelling with dataProvide recommendations based on internal analyses, external benchmarks, and industry best practicesData Management & GovernanceEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and reporting platformsServe as a subject matter expert for HR data, reporting, and workforce analyticsEstablish data governance standards, documentation, and reporting processesCollaborate with HRIS, IT, and business partners to improve data quality and reporting capabilitiesResearch & Advanced AnalyticsConduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using data from multiple sources, including Workday, employee surveys, engagement platforms, and other HR systemsIdentify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities through statistical analysis and workforce modelingSupport employee listening initiatives, engagement surveys, and organizational research effortsLeverage data visualization and analytics tools to create compelling insights and executive-ready presentationsExplore predictive analytics and emerging workforce trends to inform talent strategiesLeadership & Continuous ImprovementLead and support a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics, by providing strategic direction, removing barriers, aligning priorities, fostering professional growth, and creating an environment that enables continued growth, partnership, and delivery of high-impact workforce insights Lead and prioritize people analytics initiatives and reporting projectsEvaluate existing reports and processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced stakeholder valueStay current on industry trends, workforce analytics methodologies, and technology advancementsFoster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the HR function and broader organizationRequirements:RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, or a related analytical functionExperience working with HR systems such as Workday and employee survey platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skillsExperience creating dashboards and reporting solutions for executive and business audiencesAbility to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Excel and workforce reporting toolsPreferredExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platformsExperience with org design, workforce planning, predictive analytics, and statistical analysisAdvanced knowledge of HR metrics, talent analytics, and organizational effectiveness measuresPrior experience supporting executive-level reporting and strategic workforce initiativesMaster's degree in a related fieldWhat You'll BringA passion for leveraging data to improve business and talent outcomesStrong business acumen and the ability to connect workforce insights to organizational strategyCuriosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, compelling wayA collaborative approach and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationHigh attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrityThis role offers an opportunity to shape the future of People Analytics at CCC by delivering insights that help leaders make better decisions, strengthen our workforce, and drive business success.#LI-LB1Interview Policy & Privacy Notice:A video interview is required for this position.
