The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading all aspects of our client's local business operations within their assigned market or operating company. Reporting to the Regional General Manager (RGM), the GM is accountable for the financial performance, operational execution, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and growth of the business. The GM leads the local team based in Greensboro, NC. This includes service, sales, operations, and administrative personnel, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, growing parts and service revenue, supporting new boiler sales opportunities, and driving operational excellence. The GM plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding customer relationships, developing employees, and executing our client's growth strategy at the local level. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with commercial acumen and possesses the ability to drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment.
