Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. Education Minimum - Bachelor's Degree Speech Pathology or Communications Disorder (Required) Master's Degree Speech Language Pathologist (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Valid license Speech Language Pathologist. (Required) BLS We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $94,265.60 - $139,048.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
