Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Sparta, MI Shift: 2nd & 3rd What's the Job? Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures. Document production data accurately and report any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes. What's Needed?
