We're looking for a high-energy Assistant Store Manager who can lead a team, handle the rush, keep the energy up, and help create a place where both employees and guests genuinely enjoy being.

What You'll Do as a Restaurant Manager:

Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts.
Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point.
Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success.
Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Support hiring, training, and developing team members.
Jump in wherever needed - leaders here lead from the front.
Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture.
Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed.

What We're Looking For in a Restaurant Manager:

Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
Someone who brings energy, positivity, and accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and people skills.
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A team player who can multitask and stay cool under pressure.
