Manufacturing Group Lead, JG8Provide operational and people leadership for a manufacturing area, ensuring sustained volume production performance, organizational readiness, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manufacturing Team Lead II owns high quality and on time production output, staffing and capability development, and operational stability, while supporting new product introduction and ramp up activities in alignment with business objectives. Ensures teams execute standard work safely with consistent quality and within established timeframes.Reports To: Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Assembly Operations LeaderCollaborates With: Group Leaders, Team Leads, Production Engineering, Program Managers, Planning, Clean Room Logistics, Shipping and Delivery, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Engineering, Operational Excellence, Design & Engineering, and Customer SupportRole and ResponsibilitiesSchedule: Compressed Work Week (CWW) Nights 6:00 pm - 6:00 amCWW N1 schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other SaturdayCWW N2 schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Every other SaturdayCore Responsibilities:Oversees assigned workcenters on-shift production executionLeads and provides input to module output through strategic awareness with two week to 13 week production horizonEnsure sustained volume output, quality, and cost performance on-shiftCollaborates and Communications with off-shift peers to achieve performance targetsLead and develop Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians.Responsible for meeting assigned area staffing requirements to ensure production targets are met.Responsible for employee performance management, talent development, assisting and supporting career development, and succession planning as needed.Translate Factory mission, vision, and objectives to working level goals for individuals and teamExecutes tactical and strategic initiatives, cascades to teamProvide individual annual performance dialogues with regular development and performance check insEnsure readiness of processes, infrastructure, and training for new product introductionDrive Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiativesLeads or sponsors workcenter 4C and Quick Win improvement projects, participates in natural team or cross-sector 4C and A3 projectsEnsure compliance with Safety, Quality, HR/legal, and ISO standards, policies and processes.Collaborate cross functionally to remove bottlenecks and improve end-to-end performanceReport operational performance and risks to senior leadershipJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environmentMinimum of 3+ years people management and operational leadership experienceStrong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standardsFamiliarity with tools and equipment, hands-on experience preferredDeep knowledge of production management, quality systems, and Lean ManufacturingProven track record of Lean Manufacturing implementation and sustainabilityLean Yellow Belt or equivalent preferredMinimum 5 years with skills such as: MS Office, SAP, ERP softwarePersonal Skills & Competencies:Strategic and operational leadership capabilityOperates well under ambiguity with autonomyHighly self-motivated and self-startingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAble to build strong operational networkStrong attention to detailAbility to lead through complexity and changeResults driven with ownership of end-to-end outcomesRole model for ASML leadership behaviors and valuesPhysical Requirements:Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72?; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards)Must be able to work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per dayRoutinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretchMust be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 20 poundsSpecific vision abilities required -- close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusMust be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.Educational Requirements:High School Degree or equivalentOther Information:ASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
