Logistics Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, carriers, and internal teams while managing transportation activities from start to finish. This position will sit onsite in Dublin, OH and is expected to last at least 6 months. Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic transportation activities, including inbound, outbound, and transfer shipments Work closely with carriers and transportation partners to secure capacity and maintain service levels Track shipment progress and proactively address delays, scheduling conflicts, and delivery concerns Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding shipment updates and transportation issues Maintain accurate transportation records, documentation, and system data Collaborate with operations, customer support, and finance teams to resolve freight-related questions and improve workflow efficiency Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer service What’s Offered: Six-month contract assignment with potential for additional opportunities Exposure to a fast-paced supply chain and transportation environment Collaborative team culture that values initiative and continuous improvement Opportunity to expand your logistics and transportation experience with an established organization “Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
