Kindergarten Teacher Position

St. Patrick School is currently accepting applications for a Kindergarten teacher. The successful candidates must be able to work cooperatively with staff to carry out the mission of St. Patrick Catholic School. They must be highly qualified with a current Michigan teaching certificate and comfortable with integrating faith and technology into instruction. Required qualifications include:

• Be a practicing Catholic who lives in accordance with the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church
• Hold a current Michigan K–5 or K–8 Teaching Certificate
• Be Virtus trained or willing to complete Virtus training upon hire
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administrators through professional and effective communication
• Possess a thorough understanding of educational laws, policies, and ethical standards and consistently apply them in practice
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of effective instructional strategies, teaching methodologies, and classroom best practices
• Show a commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and the mission of Catholic education
