Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
2. Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
3. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
4. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, fostering trust and comfort
5. Document resident care activities accurately and comply with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA license in Minnesota
• CPR certification
• First Aid certification
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Ability to lift or move residents
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate demeanor
