Role: Business Analyst
Location: Westlake, TX OR Smithfield, RI
Duration: 6+ Months Contract


Job Description:

• Experience leading business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process improvement, operational analysis, or related work
• bility to independently analyze complex business problems and recommend practical solutions
• Experience facilitating discussions across multiple stakeholder groups and balancing competing priorities
• bility to connect business needs, customer outcomes, product goals, systems, and data to inform decision-making
• bility to identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, impacts, and opportunities early in the delivery lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and influence diverse audiences
• bility to challenge current practices, recommend improvements, and drive positive change
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining forward progress
• bility to understand how technology solutions, systems, integrations, and data flows support business capabilities
• bility to gather, interpret, and apply data to support analysis, recommendations, and business outcomes
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, and professional presence when partnering with leaders and stakeholders
• Experience applying business analysis techniques such as workflow analysis, requirements management, user story development, testing support, process modeling, data analysis, or product documentation is beneficial.
