Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital or trauma center preferred.
• Comfortable working in a facility with approximately 309 beds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience treating adult inpatient populations preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
• Shift name: Days.
• Facility requires adherence to designated departmental scrub colors; parking available on site with ER parking restricted.

Outdoor options include boating and fishing on the Gulf of Mexico and quick drives to regional parks and preserves for hiking and wildlife viewing.
