Senior Housing Standards Officer

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-focused individual to be part of our Housing Team. Requirements: Educated to degree level, HHSRS certified, experience in HMO and private sector housing compliance, mandatory HMO licensing. Experience in caravan site licensing is an advantage. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities, demonstrating a track record of compliance and delivering excellent customer service through strong communication skills. Contractual work location is stated above; you may be required to work from a range of locations or sites within the Borough and may also be required to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
