The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a New York State public benefit corporation that manages the $3 billion capital construction program for the design and construction of space required to support the educational mandate of the City University of New York (CUNY). Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality assurance of worksheet data, adjusting where necessary in accordance with the PMO Managing master data, including creation, compilation, updates, and deletion. Manage project data in PMWeb, project creations, updating and training staff as required Assist in developing reports and analysis using project management methodologies Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security and metadata Generating personalized datasheets and automating excel workflows Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments Qualifications and Core Competencies Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor's degree in a Data or Technical Major Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills Understanding of Project Management Methodologies Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities Detailed oriented, well organized; ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheaton
