Breakfast AttendantThe Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the daily breakfast service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires early morning availability and involves interacting directly with hotel guests to provide a positive start to their day.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock the breakfast buffet with food and beverage itemsEnsure all items are fresh, properly presented, and replenished as neededGreet guests and assist with any questions or special requestsMaintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, counters, and floorsMonitor and empty trash receptacles during and after breakfast hoursFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesClean and break down the breakfast area following the end of serviceTake inventory of items that need to be orderedRequired Skills and QualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced settingDependable and punctual, with consistent early morning availability (starting around 5:30 AM)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbsPrevious food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredIn-person Sarasota, FLPay & benefits $15 / hr Dental, Medical, PTO, Vision Distro
