About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Payroll and Benefits (Services and Operations) to lead and scale its payroll services business in the US and UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for payroll services and operations, with a focus on driving market penetration, supporting growth from SMB to mid-market, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. This role requires a leader with a strong background in US payroll, at least 5 years of leadership experience in managing payroll services or operations within a B2B SaaS environment, and a proven track record of scaling payroll services in a high-growth business. The VP will also be accountable for improving operational excellence, influencing revenue and P&L, and building a high-performing, scalable organization. Applicants for the VP role at the company should possess strong commercial acumen, experience in building services models that support growth, and the ability to work effectively across various functions. An innovative mindset, with experience in using AI, automation, and new operating approaches to enhance service delivery, is essential.
