M&A IT Diligence Lead: Tech Risk & Value Creation

Deloitte is seeking an M&A IT Diligence Manager to lead IT diligence discussions, assess IT organizations, architectures, and cybersecurity during transactions, and deliver actionable findings for client boards. You will develop cost models, roadmaps, and data requests while guiding delivery teams and managing multiple workstreams.
The role requires 6+ years in IT diligence, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
