Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote - Philippines)

## About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support the marketing and lead generation activities of three growing U.S.-based businesses.

We are looking for someone who knows how to identify potential customers, initiate professional conversations, generate qualified leads, and help turn those leads into appointments and sales.

This is primarily a **lead generation, outreach, and marketing position**, not a graphic design or video editing role. We already have someone producing our promotional content.

## Key Responsibilities

**Lead Generation & Outreach**

* Research and identify potential customers for each business.
* Find relevant business decision-makers, homeowners, referral partners, and potential music customers.
* Conduct personalized outreach through appropriate channels, including email, LinkedIn, and social media.
* Follow up with interested prospects and help schedule appointments.
* Maintain organized lead lists and track outreach results.

**Social Media Marketing & Promotion**

* Schedule and publish provided promotional videos, reels, and marketing content.
* Promote services across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Engage professionally with potential customers and respond to inquiries.
* Identify communities, partnerships, and promotional opportunities that can generate genuine customer interest.
* Help increase relevant website traffic and inquiries.

**CRM & Reporting**

* Enter and update leads in our CRM systems.
* Track prospect status, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments.
* Provide weekly reports showing outreach activity, qualified leads, appointments, and results.
* Recommend improvements to lead-generation strategies.

## Qualifications

* At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, and outreach.
* Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement.
* Strong written English communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
* Experience with U.S.-based businesses is a plus.
* Experience with B2B lead generation and local service businesses is especially valuable.

## Compensation & Schedule

Starting compensation is **$2.25–$3.00 USD per hour**, depending on qualifications.

The position will begin at approximately **15 hours per week**, with a paid trial period and opportunities for increased hours and compensation based on performance.

Some availability during U.S. business hours may be required for coordination and follow-up.
