You will be involved in the profound journey of helping individuals express themselves — enabling toddlers to articulate their thoughts and assisting seniors in regaining their independence.

Be it nurturing the speech of children, addressing neurogenic disorders among adults, or providing rehabilitative services to the elderly, your passion will be met with satisfaction and varied opportunities.

Assess patients throughout all life stages via standardized evaluation methods and direct observation.

Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both immediate and enduring communication and swallowing objectives.

Conduct attentive one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting aspects of communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage with interdisciplinary teams consisting of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop cohesive approaches to care.

Provide essential educational resources to patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond therapy sessions.

Occasionally perform inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring comprehensive continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Document patient care accurately and promptly according to all applicable state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Enhance your expertise by participating in continuing education opportunities and collaboration with industry peers.

Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Achievement of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is advantageous.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapy practices applicable to all age groups, with a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech and swallowing disorders.

Excellent interpersonal communication abilities for effective collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Capacity to modify therapy approaches to meet varying cultural and linguistic preferences.

Sound clinical judgment complemented by strong problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and adhering to documentation protocols.

Competitive pay reflective of your experience.

Flexible scheduling options to support work-life integration and diverse patient caseloads.

Opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult neurorehabilitation, or geriatrics.

Continuing education funds and support for professional growth.

A supportive, team-oriented culture committed to delivering exceptional care and learning throughout your career.
