VQI - HR & Training Coordinator

The Human Resources team focuses on exemplifying company values and supporting employees to provide a comprehensive approach to care. Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative HR support including payroll processing, workers' compensation, benefit and unemployment administration, and employee relations. Maintain employee-related databases, employment records, benefit deductions and tax information. Produce HR-related reports as requested. Maintain personnel files in an orderly and up-to-date manner. Complete new hire and annual operational orientation. Become a certified instructor for CPR and First Aid. Serve as the first point of contact for current employees for any HR-related inquiries. Requirements Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of HR laws. Training experience is preferred. Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills. Benefits Paid training.
