Commercial HVAC TechnicianLennox AES has an immediate position available for a Commercial HVAC Technician. HVAC Technicians travel nationally and work under the supervision of our HVAC Foremen. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial HVAC equipment servicing including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.60-70 hour work weeksWhat We Are Looking ForHVAC Technician applicants must be certified and have at least 3 years experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Master HVAC mechanicShould have working knowledge of OSHA guidelines for HVAC/construction industry and/or prior training in OSHA requirementsAbility to travel throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cyclesAbility to work overtime hours when requiredAbility to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditionsFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Relies on instructions and guidelines to assist in the performance of the job.Employment Pre-requisites (ALL Candidates)National Background CheckPre-Employment Drug ScreeningMotor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)What We OfferCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $27 – $36/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
