Mgr Sales

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities. Essential Functions Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development. Call on selected accounts with sales representatives. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and coaching sales professionals. Pay: $7,890.00 - $20,240.00/monthly Additional Details This position will be domiciled in the Greater Chicago, IL area. Other surrounding locations will be considered. The candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory.
