What You'll Do In this role, you'll balance exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing customers. Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage options. Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and account updates. Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's unique needs. Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their goals. Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing clients to strengthen relationships and generate new business. Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options in an easy-to-understand way. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that provide greater protection. Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment.
