- Must have availability between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (with one Saturday per month 9:00 AM-3:00 PM).
- Be comfortable potentially working in-home and community settings.
- Be comfortable working with technology, such as Google Workspace.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play and movement.
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills.
- Collecting and tracking progress data with care and accuracy.
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team to support each child's goals.
- Building trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
- Completing session notes and other administrative tasks on time.

- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
- Valid driver's license or state ID.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with children, particularly in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or within the education field.
- RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
