Caregiver – ADL & iADL Support Orange, CA Full-Time / Part-Time Available We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team in the City of Orange. Job Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support to our older adult loved ones who need assistance maintaining comfort, safety, and independence at home. ADL Assistance * Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene * Dressing and toileting assistance * Mobility and transfer support * Feeding assistance when needed * Incontinence care * Companionship and emotional support iADL Assistance * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Medication reminders * Grocery shopping and errands * Laundry and linen changes * Transportation to appointments or activities * Organizing daily routines and ensuring client safety Qualifications * Previous caregiving experience required * Experience with both ADLs and iADLs preferred * Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality * Strong communication and time management skills * Ability to work independently and follow care plans * Valid driver’s license, Insurance and reliable transportation preferred * CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required Available Shifts We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, including: Day Shifts * 7:00 am – 3:00 pm * 8:00 am – 4:00 pm * 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Morning Shifts * 8:00 am – 12:00 pm * 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Overnight Shifts * 7:00 pm – 7:00 am * 8:00 pm – 8:00 am Extended Shifts * 7:00 am – 7:00 pm * 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Afternoon / Evening Shifts * 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm * 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm * 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm * 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm * 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm * 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Pay & Benefits * $18–$22 per hour (based on experience and client need) * 5 sick days plus holiday pay

• Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers, if necessary

Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to pass background check and drug screening * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends * Must be at least 18 years old * High school diploma or GED required Why Join Us?
