Pay: $22.00 – $52.00+ per hour DOE
Paid Travel from Reno to USA Parkway

• Tenant improvements of all sizes
• Ground-up construction and renovations

Technology & Training

Vasko Electric has proudly been a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) since 1994.

We invest heavily in employee development and modern construction technology. Our electricians gain exposure to:

• Procore Project Management
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Bluebeam
• Robotic Total Stations (Trimble)
• Ongoing OSHA and safety training
• Journeyman certification advancement programs

All employees carry OSHA 10 minimum, with many employees holding OSHA 30 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow within the electrical trade
• Install underground conduit, vaults, and transformer pads
• Bend conduit up to 1-1/4" EMT and 1" rigid
• Learn hydraulic bending up to 4" EMT
• Install MC cable and raceway systems
• Pull and feed wire up to 750 kcmil
• Install and terminate switchboards, panels, and transformers
• Install lighting fixtures and devices
• Safely operate lifts, tuggers, and electrical equipment
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications

• Active City of Reno Journeyman Card (preferred for Journeyman positions)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Card
• Minimum 1 year of electrical experience preferred
• Ability to work safely and professionally
• Pre-employment drug screening required

Position Details

• Full-Time
• 40–60 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities available
