Warehouse Coordinator TheWarehouse Coordinatorsupports daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipments and deliveries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory processes, and ensuring effective communication between the warehouse and other departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology, including approved AI tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy. Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Maintain shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules. Support inventory management and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics providers, customer service, sourcing, and other departments. Assist with import/export documentation and processes, as needed. Request warehouse supplies through the Sourcing Department. Report operational issues and updates to the Warehouse Manager. Administration & Technology Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and training records. Prepare warehouse reports, forms, logs, and other documentation. Enter and update information in inventory management and company systems. Report system or technology issues to the IT Department. Use approved AI and digital tools to assist with reporting, documentation, data organization, and process improvement. Identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive administrative processes. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information. Safety & Team Support Report safety concerns or hazards to the Warehouse Manager. Support compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with onboarding and training warehouse employees. Assist customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors as needed. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Minimum of3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or a related field. Experience using inventory management software and standard business applications. Experience using AI or digital tools to improve administrative or operational workflows. Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work effectively with employees, management, vendors, and other departments. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly move throughout warehouse and office areas. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical activities required in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving equipment. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential part of the position. The role operates in awarehouse environmentwith regular interaction with employees, drivers, vendors, customers, and delivery personnel. The position may involve exposure to warehouse noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other conditions typical of warehouse operations. Travel between company locations, warehouses, project sites, or other work locations may be required based on business needs.
