About the Role:

As an LVN on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or MD

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Assisting with patient transfers, discharges, and admissions

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas
