Benefits: Paid Weekly W2 Training & development Caregiver (CNA/Experienced Caregiver) – Granbury, TX BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced caregiver to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in the Granbury area. Schedule: PRN/Flexible scheduling (hours to be discussed during the interview) Responsibilities: Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift Provide toileting and personal care assistance Support activities of daily living (ADLs) Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Maintain a safe and respectful environment Client Needs: Experience caring for clients with dementia or cognitive impairment is highly preferred. The client can become emotionally distressed and agitated, so patience, compassion, and strong de‑escalation skills are essential. Caregivers must be comfortable providing total care and assisting with mobility. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred Hoyer lift experience required Dementia care experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance CPR certification preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why BrightStar Care?
