Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals.Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Office is open 7 days per week, shifts between the hours of 7:00AM - 7:00PM. The supervisor will determine the schedule.Location: 2845 Sienna Heights Dr. Henderson, NV 89052. Travel may be required to other locations for coverage and training, depending on business need.Primary Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service to all customersResponsible to greet patient and check patient in and out. Ensure demographics including insurance information are correct in EPIC and update as necessaryCollect appropriate co-pays and adhere to all policiesSchedule appointments as necessary, verifying correct visit type and primary care providerResponsible for waiting room management cleanliness, communicating pertinent information to patients and ensuring all patients have been assistedWork with back office staff to ensure smooth patient flowResolve service issues and complaints, and defer to appropriate management or clinical personnel when necessaryAssist co-workers and team members with duties when requested, to include but not limited to, floating to other areasWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
