Position Overview:

We're looking for dedicated caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in their community by providing essential support to seniors. If you have a heart for helping others and desire a rewarding career, we want to meet you!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

• Genuine compassion for seniors and a desire to help others • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidates) • CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)

Schedule Options:

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available • Full-time and part-time positions • Ability to choose shifts that work best for you

Service Areas:

We serve clients throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Maria Counties, including: • Santa Barbara • Santa Maria • Goleta • Carpinteria • Solvang • Buellton • And surrounding communities

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what they all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes.
