Bemana is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative on behalf of a Texas-based provider of electrical products to the electrical utility industry. This person will cover accounts across the greater Houston, TX area.
As an Outside Sales Rep , you'll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with specific accounts, generating new business opportunities and promoting products and services to customers in the utility sector.
BENEFITS:
- Pay: $120k - $150k/year salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
- Bonus/Commission Opportunity
- 401k + 4% match
- Monthly Car Allowance + Fuel Card
- PTO: 3 weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and foster relationships with a set customer base and key distribution partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utility sector.
- Conduct sales and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous outside sales experience, preferably in the electrical utility industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of electrical utility products and services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel weekly within assigned territory.
