JPMorgan Securities Funds Transfer Analyst (Wilmington, DE)Job DescriptionThe J.P. Morgan Securities Funds Transfer Review Team is responsible for performing outbound calls to J.P. Morgan Securities clients to authenticate and confirm funds transfer instructions. Working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, the group supports J.P. Morgan Securities branch personnel in servicing their clients’ funds transfer requests. The team is accountable for strict adherence to J.P. Morgan Securities policies, ensuring secure and accurate processing. Additional administrative functions are also supported, including but not limited to the confirmation of recurring payments, management of callback waivers, and handling of delegation memos, offering a comprehensive and dynamic operational role within a leading global financial institution. Job SummaryAs a Funds Transfer Analyst within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will be responsible for performing outbound calls to J.P. Morgan Securities clients for the purposes of authenticating and confirming funds transfer instructions. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring money transfer queue and performing outbound client calls for verification/confirmation.
• Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures, as well as applicable FINRA and other federal regulations.
• Provide high quality, high touch service to JPMS Financial Advisors/Client Associates. Coordinate and follow through on FA/CA requests.
• Research, follow-up and resolve inquiries and issues through effective interaction with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams and other staff in a timely and professional manner.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
