Work Experience Associate - Tribeca

Summary This entry-level associate role supports Company Brand Heritage initiatives by preparing source materials for an AI-driven Knowledge Management system and organizing assets within Media and Digital Asset Management systems. The position involves document cleaning, metadata tagging, transcription, and project support to improve searchability and asset quality. It is based in Tribeca, New York and reports to the project team. Responsibilities Review, format, and clean documents for ingestion into a Large Language Model following established guidelines Remove redundant or outdated content to ensure high-quality source materials Create and quality-check accurate transcriptions of video assets Tag digital assets with consistent metadata across MAM and DAM systems and perform QA checks Identify and flag duplicate assets for review and resolution Assist the Project Manager and team across interrelated heritage workstreams as needed Requirements Bachelor's Degree required; MLS preferred Experience with enterprise DAM or MAM systems strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiarity with video transcription tools or workflows is a plus Understanding of metadata standards and best practices advantageous Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
