As we expand into new markets and strengthen our presence in existing ones, we're looking for appraisers committed to high-quality valuations and long-term growth.We've built trusted relationships with a wide range of clients, which gives our appraisers a consistent flow of assignments. We also invest in marketing, proprietary technology and operational support to create more opportunities and streamline your workflow.Every appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days. That period lets both sides confirm the fit: volume, quality, reliability and alignment with how we work.After 90 days, our goal is to move strong performers onto our salaried W-2 staff team, especially in high-volume markets. Staff appraisers receive performance-based bonuses and health benefits.
