Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will undertake various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, mental health histories, and presenting issues.
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.
• Delivering individual therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that detailed notes are kept up to date.
• Using teletherapy tools to effectively reach clients, accommodating those with accessibility challenges.
• Participating in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest therapeutic practices and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, with preference given to those holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
